Fermentation Class – Our Favorite Recipes
Learn how to make your own fermented vegetables and sourdough bread! In this class, you will learn how to make sauerkraut, kimchi, kvas (fermented beet), giardiniera (mixed vegetables), fermented bean/corn salsa and more of our favorite recipes! We will also cover the basics of making sourdough bread, which is also a fermented food. Participants will be able to taste and purchase all of our fermented foods.
Also available for purchase will be $10 fermentation kits to take home for use in your own kitchen.
