Eggs Benedict Cooking Class (home-school class for teens)
In this class, students will learn to make Eggs Benedict start to finish. We will make sourdough English muffins from scratch, poach home-grown eggs and make Hollandaise sauce in a double boiler. Several varieties will be made or discussed including one with meat and one vegetarian. Each student will enjoy their Eggs Benedict at the end of the class! Cost of class includes ingredients to make one serving for each person.
